Make sure you use the correct conjunction to avoid confusing the reader.

For example, in the sentence, ‘Would you prefer tea and coffee’ the conjunction ‘and’ is incorrect and confuses the meaning of the sentence. We would use the conjunction ‘or’ to give this sentence meaning: ‘Would you prefer tea or coffee?
