MakerSpace: Our MakerSpace

OUR MAKERSPACE

WELCOME TO THE MAKERSPACE

The MakerSpace is a place for everyone to explore their creativity and we encourage experimenting with your creativity.  We are a safe space to escape the rigours of studying or a place of resources to enhance your learning here at the University of Newcastle. We do not believe in mistakes and we encourage students to visualise what they think is a mistake as a step to further creating a masterpiece.

The MakerSpace encourages reusing old materials and making them new again and we are happy to offer pointers for those looking for a new project.

For a closer look at all the possibilities at the MakerSpace,

our Pear Project took one lowly pear and created a storybook of the MakerSpace.
