MAKING IN THE MAKERSPACE

Come on in and familiarise yourself with out Cricut machines! Our machines can cut and draw on different mediums and you can walk away with your own individual design or craft.

We also have sewing machines, over-lockers and an embroidery machine at our Library MakerSpaces and we do have limited supply of material including denim and calico and ribbon etc. You can learn to sew a simple gift bag, design and embroider your own patches or keep an eye out for our workshops.

The badge machine is always ready for new badges and you can come in and create your own design or logo for your badge.

A Cricut Maker is an electronic cutting machine that can cut all sorts of designs from materials like paper, vinyl, card stock, and iron-on transfers.

Brother Innovis Sewing Machines

Brother Innovis 1300 and 1800Q sewing machines, quilting and embroidery machines comes with a generous work area which allow you to tackle a wide range of creative projects, so now it's easy to put your own stamp on fashion and soft furnishings

Overlockers

Overlockers are the unsung heroes in designing and making your own clothes. These machines give a nice professional finish to your seams and hems.

Embroidery Machine

Madame Irma Pince is our Embroidery machine. Amazing things can be done with this machine and when coupled with the Hatch software you can create your own design from scratch.
