TAFE Students and Staff Ourimbah Library Guide: Computer Access

A guide to Ourimbah Library for Ourimbah TAFE Students and Staff

Library computers

Ourimbah Campus is a multi sector campus which means that the majority of the computers in the library are linked to the University computer account system, thereby restricting their use to TAFE students and staff who are attending or teaching classes at Ourimbah campus.

For visiting TAFE NSW students and staff there are TAFE PCs available during library opening hours.

TAFE students enrolled at Ourimbah

If you're a TAFE student attending classes at Ourimbah campus you will have a university computer account created for you once you have completed your enrolment and collected a student card.

This will give you access to all the computers in the library and Ourimbah Information Common (OIC). There will be a waiting period for your computer account to be created - during this time you can use the TAFE PCs.

Staff at the Service Desk can assist with activating your UON computer account.

Visiting TAFE NSW Students and Staff

For visiting TAFE students and staff there are dedicated TAFE machines available for use in the library.

You will need to know your TAFE username and password if you want to access the internet.

These computers are available during library hours only.

Staff at the service desk can assist you to locate these machines if you're new to the library.
