PsycINFO allows you to limit by a variety of variables including age group, methodology, publication year, publication type, language, and so on.

Limiters will help you narrow down your results.

Choose "Additional Limits" from the main search page and review the many options available.

 

Limiting by Peer Reviewed and/or Methodology

You may be asked to find peer-reviewed, empirical articles for your assignments. Peer-reviewed articles are from top-quality research journals that have a rigorous review process in place. Empirical research is a study based on facts, systematic observation, or experiment, rather that theory or general philosophical principle
