There are more than 270 computers including Dell and Macintosh computers and laptops at Ourimbah Library and the OIC 24/7 area. These computers connect to internet, intranet eg online services, printers and printing systems eg myPrintCopy, and networked drives such as U:\ drive.
There are also dedicated TAFE computers for use by TAFE students.
These are located in the main library and 2.26 Lab (upper level)
Students can find an available computer on campus by using the PC Seeker here.
Using UON computers and internet requires a UniID (username and password).
TAFE students please refer to the TAFE link on left for information on how to logon to UON computers.
For university students your user name (UniID) is c followed by your student number (eg. c1234567). The initial password is the access key on your student card plus your date and month of your birthday (eg. abcd2308). This account enables you to logon to the university computers, Blackboard, MyHub, student NuMail, and other online services.
If you are a new student, after first accept your offer to study, you need to activate your account on the Activate Student Account site. For step by step instructions please see the Setting up Your Account for new students page.
Reset Password using the Self-Service Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password you can use the Self-Service Password Reset page to reset your password. To do so you need to have registered an alternate email address in myhub as you will need access to your alternate email address to obtain a verification code as part of this process.
