The Newcastle Law School requires work to be cited using the Australian Guide to Legal Citation 4th ed (AGLC4) published by Melbourne University in 2018.
An online copy of AGLC4 is freely available in PDF format from Melbourne University. Note that it does not include the Appendix of Law Report abbreviations.
To format your references correctly in the AGLC4 style you will need to download and apply the modified output style as directed here.
