The collection contains books of news clippings, concert programmes, and memorabilia relating to Dr Burnard's musical career as musican and composer and also as Chief Music Critic with the Adelaide Advertiser between the period 1930 to 1934. Some material dates from his overseas sojourn at the Royal College of Music, London in 1929.
