The University of Newcastle in Sydney is situated within a secure office block at 60 Bathurst Street, a short walk from Town Hall station.

Direct access to the campus requires the use of a proximity card (issued to students and staff in Sydney only).

UoN students or staff who have not been issued with a proximity card can visit the library during business hours by using the Bathurst St entrance for access to the library on level 12. There is an intercom at the Bathurst St entrance which must be used to gain entrance to the foyer and the lift.

If you wish to visit the library outside business hours (Mon to Fri 9-5) you may do so by appointment only. Please call the library on 82626428 if you wish to make an arrangement.
