PSB Academy card

Students need to register with the library to receive the PSB Academy Card.

This card entitles you to borrow library books, use sports and recreation facilities at the Delta Campus and privileges at selected retail outlets.

All University of Newcastle students are entitled to use their PSB Academy card for the duration of their program.

The PSB Academy libraries are located on the ground floor of Block E, Delta Campus and 3rd floor of the Henderson Campus respectively.

Both libraries have 2 sections - the Library and the Reading Room with a seating capacity of more than 100. Entry to the libraries is via the membership card. Library services are available for all students enrolled in PSB-based courses from the University of Newcastle, University of Western Australia, University of Wollongong, University of Nottingham, University of London and Loughborough University.

Free wireless network
Self-service network printing and photocopying with the use of EZ-link card
Reservation of books
Scanning
Binding

Borrowing

Loan Rules

Members need to report damaged books before borrowing.
Members are responsible for all loans charged to their accounts and materials must be returned in good condition.
Returned items which have been damaged must be paid for by the borrower.
Members will need to pay for library fines on overdue loans, replacement and administrative fees for lost or damaged items.
Members need to settle library fines in full before the next library transaction.
Library privileges will be suspended until all fines are settled in full.
Members should inform the Library immediately of any change of personal particulars.
Loan of library materials is not allowed during the last two weeks before the expiry of membership.
Loan of multiple copies of a book with same title, author and edition is not allowed.
