Medical Reserve is located in the Biomedical section of the Auchmuty Library. Med Reserve includes:
- All books recommended or referred to throughout the Bachelor of Medicine program. One copy of each book is a not for loan copy. Not for Loan copies are identified by a yellow strip on the spine, and may be used within the library only.
- Pathology photographs
- Videos and DVDs
- Bone sets
BMed students may borrow up to 6 Medical Reserve items at a time for three days only.
A longer loan period can be arranged when a student has a hospital committment on the following day and therefore won't be coming into the University. Extended loan periods must be approved by the Biomedical Librarian.
