Medical Reserve is located in the Biomedical section of the Auchmuty Library. Med Reserve includes:

• All books recommended or referred to throughout the Bachelor of Medicine program. One copy of each book is a not for loan copy.  Not for Loan copies are identified by a yellow strip on the spine, and may be used within the library only.
• Pathology photographs
• Videos and DVDs
• CD-ROMs
• Bone sets
• Kits.

BMed students may borrow up to 6 Medical Reserve items at a time for three days only.

A longer loan period can be arranged when a student has a hospital committment on the following day and therefore won't be coming into the University. Extended loan periods must be approved by the Biomedical Librarian. Loans are checked out at the Auchmuty Loans Desk, or the self-check-out units located near the Loans Desk.
